Aanachadikuthu is about 20 km from Thodupuzha, near Karimannur, and roughly a kilometre from Thommankuthu. Both are usually visited on the same trip. The walk in from the parking area is short compared with the trek at Thommankuthu.
The falls themselves
The water drops around 30 metres into a pool below. The rock around the pool is flatter and more open than at many falls in the district, which is why it is often described as one of the safer places to stop with a family.
